You Must Read These to Understand How RunwayHosting Works


Please read these terms if you already are, or are planning to be associated with RunwayHosting.com. We may edit/change these as our hosting career goes on. If you violate any of these terms at any point in your term with us, you and your site will have consequenses depending on what was done for it to happen.

Before You Order: Please make sure your positive of the domain you are purchasing. Once a domain is purchased there is no going back. Also there are no refunds on any domain that is given by runwayhosting.com.

After You Order: After ordering you will receive a email from us with your account information. You will only get this email if you have paid! Your account will be set up within the first 12 hours of ordering.

Payments: Payments Must Be Paid Within 72 Hours of Ordering. If you do not pay within them hours, your invoice will be deleted and you will have to order again. You may use PayPal or a Credit Card/Gift Card. Any Questions please contact the owner at takeoverrcom@live.com.

Refunds: If you are not satisfied with our hosting services, please contact us. Giving Refunds are no guarantee. Refunds are only given within the first 48 Hours of using our services. Domain Names are not refundable, including Free Domain Orders. We Own All Domains, We Choose What We Do With Them. No Order used with a promotion code does not get refunds. Also, No Refunds if Paid With A Credit Card!. If you would like a refund and your plan you bought had a free domain, we will deduct the cost of the domain we paid and give you the rest.

Cancellation: If you would like to cancel your hosting account with RunwayHosting.com, please contact us by email at takeoverrcom@live.com. Once your cancellation is approved we will delete your account. As your account is being deleted, files are gone also. We can't recover deleted account data, so make sure your positive about cancelling.

Renewing: You can renew whenever you want, The price will always be $9.95. When ordering a yearly shared, reseller, or master reseller plan you get a free domain, that is ONLY for the first year. When it's time for you to renew your domain the next year, you will have to pay the package price you want, PLUS the domain renewal price as stated above is $9.95.

Domain Adoptions: Our Domain Adoptions only happen if there is a domain that we own that the current owner doesn't want, or if the site is inactive for over 2 months We own all domains, and choose what we do with them. You may not sell, or give to another person when you quit, hiatus, etc. If your not going to use your site, we will put it up for adoption so other people can.

Domain Transfers: You may transfer your domain from us to a new host if you please. Just contact us at takeoverrcom@live.com and we will change your name servers ASAP. RunwayHosting.com owns all the domains purchased, whether transferred or not, until the domain expires.

Selling Your Domain: Please, If you are going to sell your domain to another person, Let Us Know Immediately. We delete domains that are not assigned to the person we gave them too. Let Us know the person who bought it's name, so we can change it on our clientarea. This Is A Must!. Not doing so will result in termination of domain.

Unlimited: Unlimited Means that you can use as much space as you need as long as you are not slowing down our servers. If such thing would happen, we would contact you. Till then, use as much as you need.

Termination: Your account will only be terminated if you violated terms in any way. We will always go through everything on your site to make sure termination is needed. If or when we terminate your account we will contact you by email explaining why your account was terminated. If terminated by RunwayHosting.com you may choose to be hosted by us again, but will have to repay for your hosting.

Suspension: RunwayHosting.com has the right to suspend your account for any reason at anytime. If your account is suspended, you must remove the said problem immediately to get your account back. Once you get a 3rd suspension, that means there will be a termination of your account.

Reseller Clients: Make sure your clients follow these terms as they need to abide by them also. Any broken rules will cause for a suspension or termination of their account or yours.

Downtime: If at any point Runway Hosting has downtime, We are not responsible for any lost data. We recommend making backups daily, or once a week. Downtime should hardly ever happen, As we have 99.9% Uptime On Our Site.

Switching Domains For adopted domains, you may not switch domains if you own it more then 15 days!. We give you these domains as a gift from us to you, please do not take advantage of it.

Forbidden Content: Other unacceptable material on sites hosted by Runway Hosting includes pirated software, virus', IRC bots, and other IRC related programs. Sites containing these materials will be charged a $10 Fee. You will have 24 hours to get rid of the material/programs or your account will be terminated without a refund. Also: There are restrictions as to what you can upload to our server. What is NOT allowed: a) Any type of illegal content such as warez b) Pornography or non-artistic nude images c) Obscene, disturbing images and content d) Hateful, bullying, harassing, or harmful content e) Stolen content f) Outdated scripts or software g) Image Hosting h) Video or media files such as mp3 (unless permission is granted from Runway Hosting staff) i) Proxy scripts j) IRC Bots/Scanners k) No Jocking other people's codes, scripts, graphics, backgrounds, layouts, etc. That will cause for an automatic suspension, or termination. l) PHPizabi, YaBB, ikonboard, and greymatter are scripts that are absolutely NOT allowed to be on our server.
